Twoim celem w ScrapLegs jest pomoc sztucznej inteligencji w zresetowaniu jej centralnego komputera za pomocą małych zardzewiałych robotów. Należy jednak zachować ostrożność podczas skakania i spadania z dużych przepaści. Upadek z dwóch lub więcej bloków zawsze złamie jedną z nóg, chyba że upadniesz na trawę. Skoki zawsze powodują złamanie jednej nogi podczas lądowania, chyba że lądujesz na trawie. Baterie są opcjonalne. Istnieje alternatywne zakończenie, jeśli uda ci się znaleźć wszystkie baterie i przynieść je z powrotem do komputerów. Ostatni komputer jest ukryty i przed ukończeniem poziomu musisz znaleźć sposób na zabranie tam baterii.
